Recipes-
Toast a tortilla in skillet or toaster-oven, add salsa and 1 oz. low-fat cheese. (3 Pts)
Cut into small pieces and serve over bed of lettuce, tomatoes and salsa.

Dice and set aside the following
1/2 oz. feta cheese.
green pepper, to your liking.
5 green or black olives
Scramble 1 egg, and pour in pan sprayed with PAM. Cook over medium heat.
Add diced ingredients and shake in some black-pepper. Cook to your liking.
Serve with one strip of turkey-bacon (2 min. in microwave), and half of a toasted, wheat pita.
