Central theme:
Get to the kernel of truth present in the five myths about exercise:
1) (myth)Need to eat special foods. (truth)No special food is required.
2) (myth)Muscle will cause weight gain. (truth) Muscle burns fat.
3) (myth)Aerobic activity is enough. (truth)Lift weights to build muscle, replacing what was lost along with fat loss.
4) (myth)Muscle weighs more than fat. (truth)Muscle is more dense than fat.
5) (myth)I will always lose weight if I exercise. (truth)Not necessarily.
Thoughts for the week:
Don't confuse comfort with happiness.
Add two points of activity to your week.
Muscles need water, so drink lots of it during the week when exercising.
Take time to stretch after muscles are warmed up.

I think it was "Don't confuse comfort with happiness", but I'll add this quote, too: "Training is better than trying."

I tried pistachio pudding mix in chocolate milk, (actually Almond Breeze, Chocolate Flavor, which is half the calories of milk, and tastes great).
It tasted good, but the pudding clumped up, and went down weird at the end. SHAKE WELL!!
